    Do not let Tracy with the short blonde hair cut your hair. I showed her a video of a specific length I wanted and she chopped off my long hair. Never making an appointment with her again.

    First time visitor. Jessica cut my hair, and she was incredibly friendly. The haircut turned out great, and I’d recommend her. The price was very reasonable. My booking said a hair wash was included with the cut, but I did not receive that portion of the service. I believe that was my own error for not asking at check-in when I arrived.

    Do NOT let Chantel cut your hair. All I asked for was a slight trim, I have really long hair and just wanted the dry ends cut off. She cut my hair so unbelievably uneven and choppy, so I called and was told to come back the next day to get it fixed with a different stylist. Come back for the correction appointment to the SAME STYLIST that messed it up the first time. She was very apologetic and sweet so I tried to give her a chance to fix it. As soon as she started cutting I noticed right away she was making it worse. I then asked for a different stylist and Tracy fixed it properly. A big thank you to Tracy who fixed the cut and the store manager who was very kind and patient and issued me a full refund. I can’t speak for any other stylists who work there but do not schedule with Chantel. Nightmare.

    Beth did my hair & it was awful before. I’m so satisfied that I will deffiantley be back for her to do my hair!! She didn’t want to rush (which is appreciated) , she’s not all about frying hair, and gives you WHAT YOU WANT. Thank you Beth!! I’ll be back 🫶🏼
