Got my haircut last Saturday, when the hairdresser was trimming my neck she cut me with the clippers. 5 days later and it’s still healing. Had trouble sleeping the first night because it hurt to lie down on anything. Asked my cosmetology friends about this and I'm also now worried about the medical cross contamination risk……which apparently was enough for them to recommend me going to the doctor just in case

I returned last September 11 for one last clean up minimal trim with Dani and as of today, Dec. 11, I am STILL having to wear it up in a tight pony tail while it grows out. Plus it is cut in such a drastic way that hair hangs out the bottom. I had asked for ONLY a minimal inch off the bottom with absolutely no texturizing and he cleared out all the undergrowth of my hair! He put three layers with texturizing in the underneath hair and now it's finer than cat hair and sticks to my neck. It feels like a wad of super fine cotton at the back of my neck. It is driving me insane, it feels absolutely obnoxious! Four months out and I still can't comfortably wear my hair down! Dani does NOT listen!

I received a coupon in the mail that I had been meaning to use but kept putting it off mainly because I get very nervous letting people cut my hair. Danni did fantastic! he showed me how much he would trim off and that we would put some long layers in! He did exactly that . This is probably the first time I’ve ever been to anyone who actually didn’t cut more of my hair than I asked for. now all my dead ends are gone and my hair feels great ! thank you so much !

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
