- KKKBOct 7, 20252.0In general, the Sephora locations inside Kohl's aren't the best, and unfortunately, this one is no exception. The staff at this location aren't particularly friendly or knowledgeable. I had an issue with the fragrance testers not only were many of them missing or used up, but when I asked a middle-aged white associate about replacements, she simply replied, "No, we don't have another tester,". There was no attempt to offer an alternative or accommodate my request, which was disappointing. I ended up leaving the store without finding what I needed.
- MEMorgan EisOct 7, 20251.0Rudest sales people I think I’ve ever dealt with. Both times I’ve gone into this store it’s been a terrible experience, almost as if it’s a job requirement to be rude in order to work there. I’ll just order my perfume off Amazon instead.
- MSMary SaraAug 31, 20241.0Horrible customer service recieved from this location. Along with a very arrogant attitude from 1 particular worker. Tried telling my daughter she had no money on her gift card and mumbling under her breath, liar to my daughter who was explaining the story of how the lable on the back got wripped. She said THEY peeled the numbers off the back of her card, and could no longer read the numbers now. She was told to call customer care which she did. Customer care claimed without a reciept they could bot help. Thankfully we are able take the peeled part of the sticker home and carefully revealed the numbers. The card did infact have money on it, and these workers were only trying to cover their own mistake.
