The problem was when I was waiting for my turn I happened to cough yes it probably was a big cough but that's besides the point. The lady that was going to take care of me was not so nice. I was watching her with the client before me (a gentleman) she answered his questions very rudely and I could tell it made him feel stupid for asking the questions he asked. Something about a razor. My turn now she calls me I walk half way to the booth she stops and out loud infront of everyone says is that you that coughed. I said but I'm not contagious (twice I told her that) I also said I have pulmonary issues. She said well do you have a mask I said don't (thinking about it I should have asked her the same thing she works with the public if she is that concerned where is her mask). Not that she or anyone else needs to know but I have COPD. The other lady said I'll cut your cut but after that thank you but no thank you. Why would I give money to a place like that. I could take this a little farther. I felt discriminated against because she didn't want to help me because I had coughed. Again no covid no cold . But was made to feel like I had the Plague. Can you imagine how that felt in a waiting room of people? She didn't care to listen or hear me out and all I did was say OK. The employees should really listen and if the problem is a cough then they should be wise and understand that COPD IS NOT CONTAGIOUS. TREAT PEOPLE AS THEY SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. I Really hopes this makes a difference to the establishment and doesn't fall on deaf ears. Paula Ragland
