    I’m honestly just really disappointed. This location is right by my house, and I come here all the time without any issues, which is why this experience was so upsetting. I went in to return an item and didn’t have the original packaging, which I’ve done before at this same store with no problem. The employee (an African-American woman with glasses) told me my return would be split—half back to my card and half on a store card. I asked why, and she explained it was because I didn’t have the packaging and didn’t have a physical receipt. The problem is, when I originally purchased the item, I was never given a paper receipt—only an email confirmation, which I showed her. She also never mentioned that part of my purchase was made with a gift card, which I wasn’t aware of. Instead, she gave me a completely different explanation. On top of that, she laughed in my face during the interaction, which was extremely disrespectful. After processing my return, she also made a comment to someone I was with saying that I “come in all the time and everyone knows who I am because of all the returns I do,” and laughed about it. This is completely untrue—this was literally my first time ever having an issue at this store. It’s extremely unprofessional to talk about customers like that, especially while they’re still in the store. Overall, just a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

    My mom purchased two $100 gift cards from this store for my daughters for Christmas and paid $200 in cash. When we went to use them, they each had a $10 balance. That’s $180 gone. Then I tried to use another gift card I personally received in May….ZERO balance. The cashier was apologetic but unhelpful. First I was told it could be fraud if purchased through another retailer like Kroger. I made it very clear these were bought directly from this store. The response? “I don’t know.” Customer service was no better. No answers, no resolution, no accountability. At this point, we are out $280. That is not a small mistake, that’s a serious issue. I do have my own way of investigating what happened here, and I will be pursuing that separately. The lack of concern from customer service is frustrating. They act like it’s not a big deal…there is fraud going on within their store. I strongly suggest thinking twice before purchasing gift cards here. If you do, confirm the totals on your receipt!

    not sure where these reviews are coming from? the people at this store are so nice! i did not catch her name, but today, a woman with blonde hair helped me find the perfect blush for my (very pale) skin tone. not too orange or too red!

    I went in and asked to get my birthday gift. As I asked you could see the associates change in attitude and was immediately irritated for some reason. They never wished me happy birthday and was not polite during our interaction. Train your associates to be better!

    The employees here just stare at you in groups they are in a judging contest. They need some customer service training at this store
