She really took her time and helped put our daughter at ease. She even took a few extra minutes to talk with our youngest to share in the experience as well. When our youngest is ready to get hers pierced we will back to visit Dom, Thank you!

I think we managed to get 18 piercings done! They made us all feel so comfortable, and we had a blast. From 4 years old to almost 70, everyone did great, and we felt so safe in their hands! My daughter’s 8th birthday was a total blast!

The store is incredibly clean and inviting and Dom's suggestions were just perfect. Well worth the money for impeccable service in a safe and sterile environment. Would definitely recommend!

We came to Rowan because we thought it was the best with certified nurses, but you can see from the photo the nurse didn't hit the dot marked. Way off! It's a lot of money not to get the accuracy right. My daughter didn't move. I have a video, but didn't want to post her face. My other daughter got her doubles and didn't have a problem. It probably depends on the nurse you get.

First, the phone number for the shop didn't work- so, that was useless when trying to call with questions. My daughter picked out cute $60 earrings and was able to talk with the nurse. Next, we're told they'll give us aftercare solution (& I think it's great because that sounded like it was included in the cost with wording like that but it was an additional $20). We were the only customers in the store. I did tip 20% at checkout since the nurse was kind and pierced my daughters ears well, but that made the final cost over $160! The emailed "receipt" does not list the prices charged, essentially it listed: solution, service, studs. The studs did have a nice bell curve in the back for comfort, which is great. I felt it was too expensive, lacked price transparency, wished it was a happier experience, and would have appreciated a phone number that worked to answer questions. Importantly, I am glad that her ears were done well and the environment seemed clean.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.

We are open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
