I would always walk away with a quality experience for the most part, maybe a few times my cut didn’t turn out perfect but it was never anything i couldn’t live with. Today I went in for my regular cut, the same one I’ve been getting since Ive been coming here. I always get a military style fade but today instead of blending in the sides I was given a hard line from skin to hair. The stylist took her time and I appreciate her trying but it really seems like she did not know what she was doing, she tried using balding clippers on my hair before before trimming it at all. Not even close to a fade which is quite literally in the name of the style. Now I’m forced to spend more money for someone competent to try to fix this mess. Very disappointed.
