I brought both my children there for a cut, the lady who did my youngest botched it with a very patchy and uneven job both with the clippers and scissors, it is so noticeable that I need to take him somewhere to have it fixed. However, the manager (Kaitlin?) did an extraordinary job with my oldest, and gave him one of the best cuts he's ever had. My advice is do not go in blind. If I return, I will be scheduling with the manager only moving forward.

Trim yes is what my friend asked for she also asked for a face frame and the stylist just cut again very little off. My friend didn't want to make a issue so we went somewhere else this weekend and got it cut the way my friend asked for. I tip the hair stylist kept thinking why? When it was not what my friend asked for. My honest opinion the hair stylist did not know how to cut long hair.
