- JHJoel HMar 22, 20261.0I've been in here several times and never had the same person twice cut my hair. One girl cut my hair just the way I asked. I asked for it to cut short enough to it just lays down, and it's still a mess. The time before, was cut fine, but he left the front, so this time I checked and wanted more off it. This last time is the final straw. She finished and I looked at it in the mirror, I wanted more taken off the front, which she did and the rest looked fine. I got into my car and ran my fingers through it and it's like she never cut it! Never again

So, Great Clips works for me. And based on how many other people are there or on the waite list, it must be working for a lot of people not like me. Love it when I get a $9 coupon and the girl that cuts my hair loves the $10 cash gratuity.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
