However, my recent interaction with Carson was disappointing. His demeanor felt dismissive, and I believe customers deserve respect when choosing to shop with a brand. This experience has led me to reconsider where I take my business, possibly even choosing to visit Ulta instead.

Just smirked and said sorry. Clearly as I walked away upset she then yelled across the store “ have a nice day “ in a sarcastic / childish way. No respect for working moms or people just having busy lives .
