I have called back and asked for them to stop calling my phone number and leaving voicemails. but it STILL continues. Very frustrating because this is the store closest to my house and normally fulfills all of my needs.

She gathered all of the products I needed, rang them up, charged my card on file and had them waiting for me when I showed up to get them. When I got to the store, I had a few questions, she was more than knowledgeable and appreciative of me. Much nicer service than the Waterford location. Will certainly be back.

What if I had an allergic reaction to it? What if it was faulty? I will not be returning to this particular store as there’s also barely any product to purchase here compared to other salon centrics.
