- PBprachi bhushanSep 14, 20251.0Never go to Ida Roberts at this salon. I’ve had past experiences with Laura and Viv, and they were perfect. This time, however, my daughter was assigned to Ida. She couldn’t keep up with her schedule, seems to have a hearing issue—because for everything, she had the excuse, “I didn’t hear it.” After delaying the appointment, she rushed through my daughter’s haircut in just five minutes to make time for another waiting client. Even after I gave very specific instructions—to trim only 2 inches in u- shape , keep the length below the shoulders, and even placed a marker clip well below her shoulder—she still cut it short, up to her ears. I didn’t think a professional stylist could fail to follow such basic instructions. My daughter has a dance competition in two months, and with this short haircut, I don’t know what fix I can use to create a neat ballerina bun. I’ve cried several times a day seeing her beautiful chest-length hair trimmed so badly.

However Renee was kind, listened to what I wanted abd did a great job. Only concern was I thought without a hair wash and conditioner it would not be the max price of 55.00.

If you can make an appointment, definitely make it with her. Her experience & desire to make you feel good clearly shows in her work! I love my hair! Great job ROSE!
- MMMAIRIDec 17, 20181.0Too bad I can't give a minus star, I am just now getting over the anger of having my hair layered. When I told Pegi, I wanted it bobbed. Plus I came in 30 minutes early, Pegi double booked 2 teen brothers, and they were sooo late, that I sat there for an hour with color on my roots, until Pegi decided to get the wash girl to wash my hair, I mentioned that my neck was hurting, (whatever happened to placing a towel on the washbowl indent??), she didn't get all the conditioner out, before walking away, then Pegi proceeds to cut my hair, layering, when I asked her, ARE YOU LAYERING MY HAIR??, She said yes, I said I wanted it bobbed, her reply, "I don't know why, you want it bobbed? I am paying for it!!! So now my hair is wrecked, and my time wasted.
