- KDKacey Dekker1 day ago3.0I absolutely love this store! However the third time in a row I've been here I hear nothing but gossip behind the counter in a very negative way and it kills my vibe! I feel everyone should be treated kindly and despite anyone's appearance no one should be judged unfairly especially in the place of business! If you would like to sit and judge others maybe that should be done elsewhere! I believe a beauty supply company is there to provide beneficial tips not harmful ones!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
