They start off by offering something to drink, then they give you a complete tour of the building, which makes you feel more comfortable. Plus they offer different services other than hair. My service was excellent with Jessica and my hair turned out perfect. I love it. Everyone was so helpful towards everyone. One of my favorite parts was the head massage while getting a wash, ya I have had my scalp rubbed, but not like this. They massage your temples, the back of the neck and really make you feel relaxed. Now I have gone to many different salons, even ones out of state and this one is my favorite by far.
