My hair isn’t the easiest to work with — it’s long, very thick, straight on top and very curly in the back. I also pull a lot of red, and my last salon told me there was no fix for the brassy color. I finally decided to book an appointment with Jess at Chaos, and I’m so glad I did. She completely got rid of the brassy mess and cut my hair the way I wanted. I finally feel like myself again! Thank you, Chaos and Jess!
