  My son and I both got haircuts. I go there often with my kids, but this is the first time I took my youngest and I don’t recall his name, but the male teacher did phenomenal explaining to the student how she could best handle and care for my son to prevent any meltdowns or any issues with his haircut He’s almost 5 years old and I have never gotten a good public haircut and this was his first public haircut his first haircut ever actually in two years I’ve even had people who said they specialized in dealing with special needs children who’ve given him a bowl cut and told me my kid wasn’t even autistic This teacher was phenomenal the student some incredible tips that really helped. He handled my child fantastic. He played with him. He got him used to clippers that I wasn’t even planning on using, but he made my son who is terrified of clippers and scissors. Enjoy them. he’s Doesn’t like The hand dryers in the bathroom so I thought he wouldn’t like hairdryers and he did great with them.

  Mrs. Rose really took care of me, shes very polite and kind I asked for a trim off the top and to have the sides feathered and off my ears. She did awesome! She really listened to my needs as her client. 10/10 I will be coming back!

  I went in to have a pedicure done! The gal that was to do it was not scheduled to be in on that Saturday. But she drove an hour as I also drove from an hour from a different direction. She said she would accommodate my schedule and she had talked to an instructor who approved this session for me. When I arrived a woman at the desk obviously an instructor (Shelby)informed me that the girl that was to do my nails was not in this day but someone else could do my nails. I stayed that I had known my girl was in because her car was very visible from the window. Shelby said she was sent home due to not being clocked in by 8:30. She said she did leave and I had to pick another tech or come another day! I said I almost feel as if this something personal. She kept huffing and puffing very loudly and I was so annoyed! I ended asking my tech to get ahold of a hire up. I just drove for 1hour to get a pedicure and was very unhappy with the how unprofessional Shelby acted and I will not go back and I will be sure that everyone knows the treatment I received today! My grandparents raised me. And they told me all the time that if you do a good service for someone they will tell some else how wonderful it was. But if you do a bad service that client will tell 10 people how bad you were! I certainly hope others don’t receive that same treatment I did today! And I will tell my 10 people what happened! Shame on you!! You should be showing those students how to be a good businessman not act like a fool with a paying client/or a paying student!!
