They don't even spray your head with water. I had to use the bathroom to wash and scrub my hair when in reality they should of done it. At Lady Jane's (which is roughly 5 miles east at 23 & Gratiot) they do it at no charge. They employees acted like they couldn't be bothered or not very welcoming and hardly could speak English. They also asked for my personal info and my address which is none of their business. It's like I don't need my personal information exploited to hackers or to other third world countries.
