How these woman are licensed through the state of Michigan is beyond me. I asked for a shape to be buzzed into the side and she said she’s never done that and didn’t want to mess it up. Instead she messed up his entire head and I had something more to do when I got home.

Ashley checked me in with professionalism and courtesy, making sure to ask about the services I needed and my preferences. Jole gave me an excellent wash and was extremely gentle and patient throughout the entire process. She allowed me extra time to adjust positions when needed and was friendly, bubbly, and truly customer-focused. I left with my hair fully dry, which is a huge help for me and makes a big difference.
