She really took the time to “iron out the kinks” on my back and shoulders. Felt so relaxed at the end. Highly recommend!!!

The pressure remained very light throughout and at no point did it feel like a deep tissue treatment - more like brisk rubbing. After about 30 minutes on my back, I was flipped over and the remaining hour alternated between light work on my feet/legs and neck in a way that felt unfocused, repetitive, and ineffective. I get deep tissue massages frequently and this was not in line with the quality or technique I would expect from a professional service, especially given the price. There was also a 16% tip and 4% service fee added to the service charge, which wasn't clear to me at the time of booking and felt pretty misleading to get at check out. While the spa environment itself was nice, the massage was not worth the cost and I left more frustrated than relaxed.
