Unfortunately, when I visit the Livonia store, the staff often seems inattentive. More than once, while I was already in line, an employee has rung up someone behind me, leaving me waiting with just one item. I’m not sure why this happens, but I hope it can be addressed.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy for store purchases?
Store purchases can be returned to a store with a valid receipt. Returns for orders $150 or less can be made to the local store with the packing slip or invoice within 90 days, excluding electrical items and shears. Electrical items and shears can be returned or exchanged within 60 days with original receipt. Refunds are processed as SalonCentric gift cards.
