  First of all… if there was a zero star option this would be it. I walked in and was immediately bombarded by the manager. I told her I didn’t need much help and I was just looking for a simple brow gel. After walking around for about 15 minutes I overheard the manager tell one of the employees, “Make sure you go up to her and multiworld.” Whatever that means. Said employee came up to me and I explained that I was still doing fine by myself. I then hear her explain what happened to her manager and her manager started almost immediately talking down to her. “Well why couldn’t you help her more?” “You should’ve continued to ask her what she needed.” “Next time do better and get them to buy more.” I also overheard the manager say to the employee that the manager was “basket creeping”…again, whatever that means. All these things were said to this poor employee who was only respecting my boundaries. This was the other day but I just felt compelled to speak up. Poor behavior towards employees should not be allowed. Also, on my way out no one said have a nice day. There was a woman standing right by the door who I had seen before and she usually helps me. I believe she has told me she was a manager before. She was standing right there and didn’t even say to have a nice day. She was just hiding on her phone in the corner. Disappointed to say the least. Thought such a good natured company would be good natured on the inside… not just the out.

  Stopped in to pick up this wonderful scent and to get my wife some perfume. The store was super busy but thats to be expected just before the holidays. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

  I did not realize that they offered waxing services! The prices are very reasonable - $30 for brows and upper lip, and they use hard wax. No double dipping for sure. The only thing is they don’t offer private rooms when the service is performed, which I don’t mind. Madison was my esthetician and she was amazing! She follows your natural brow bone (what I wanted), and is very detail oriented and will give you the brows you want!

  Sephora, train your staff to handle all ages. The young people working there seem to only want to deal with their age group which probably doesn't have the disposable income that more mature individuals possess. Just saying. Now I know why I enjoy Ulta better.
