Thankfully, Naya was INCREDIBLY helpful color matching me in natural light and helping me find something that will work perfectly! This is the best Sephora I have experienced.
- JWJane WardJul 30, 20251.0I would leave a 0 star if it were an option. I visited the store 7/29/25. I walked around and looked at every single brand. I even stood and watched the employees. I was there for 1/2 hour without a single hello, how are you or what can I help you with. And this includes the manager. After 1 girl completed a shade match, she cleaned her brushes, which I respect, but then had the audacity to admire herself in the mirror, walk right by me to go to the front of the store to fan herself, (I guess she worked up a sweat doing a shade match), then walked by me again to do more nothing. It was busy and not once did I see a single employee approach a guest and assist them. I will give a shout out to 1 employee, though, who spent time with a guest for her cosmetic needs, but that was the only one other than the one mentioned above. So in short, there were at least 4 or 5 employees not offering assistance. I emailed the GM.
