Usually half the product is left in your hair. She went above and beyond and through a couple braids in so it was out of my face and I cld go a couple days without dealing much w it. THANK GOD! She's been amazing during this really inconvenient time in my life lol. I did have to go when she wasnt there 1x and I should have just waited for her...but it was driving me crazy. This person was very nice, just not as thorough and it didnt last like NayTashas. Only negative I have is the coupons never work for this location, and that is not a staff issue. Should definitely be looked at by corporate!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
