I think his hair is thinning up here. I could hear her very clearly. Then a few mins later say another insult saying I almost had to do a come over on this. I was insulted and embarrassed and nearly got up and walked out. But instead she got no tip and we will not be coming here ever again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
