Chunks missing, uneven, too long etc. His haircut yesterday was an awful experience. She was rude and condescending. I had to tell her that he deserved a quality haircut just like everybody else and she was still rude and condescending. She was huffing and puffing the whole time. His haircut looked like it was done at home. If I wanted it to look like a home haircut, I would have done it at home. I purposely brought my child in there when there were no other customers, she still tried to rush through it. The assistant manager I just spoke with was less than helpful and didn't seem to care. Never again Bad Clips, never again.
