The one stylist who cut one of my daughters hair was shown a picture of the exact cut we wanted and she said the cut wouldn’t look like the picture unless we styled it and I told her I’m well aware of that and understand that. While cutting my daughter’s hair she decided she wasn’t going to cut her hair the way we asked and just gave her a trim instead. She told my daughter she didn’t think it was a good idea. How absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I didn’t even notice until after we walked out as I was busy paying at the counter. My other daughter asked for a very simple cut and she didn’t get what she wanted either. My son was the only one that received the cut we asked for. You should train your stylist to LISTEN to the customers and do as they ask. It’s not THEIR hair so their options are not needed unless asked.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
