I asked for layers and she only cut the bottom of my hair and messed it up completely. She told me that I would need to style my hair and I tried to style it and it looked exactly the same and it was still horrible. She never told me how to style my hair and never did it in the salon. Absolutely horrible service. I don't recommend ever going here.
