- LGLori GarlandMar 19, 20263.0I aways feel rushed and when I say take a good inch off, they take maybe 1/4"". I've never been in a chair longer than 10 minutes and it certainly doesn't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Like its a scheme to have you back more frequently.

She masked it by making the top look “messy.” We got home and he showered. It’s really awful. I’ll never bring him back. I’d post pics but he’s way too embarrassed for anyone to even see it.
- TTTomFeb 8, 20261.0At 2:00 I tried to check in online and it said they are only accepting walk in customers. I arrived, in person, at 2:15 PM. It was a Sunday, they closed at 3. The “waiting list” screen had a 46 minute wait and 6 people listed that checked in online. But, there wasn’t a single person in the waiting room. Nevertheless, I was refused service. What is the policy? What an unprofessional joke. I’m never spending a dime at this place.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
