- NRNancy RobinsonDec 14, 20252.0I’ve been in the store several times now each time making a purchase. It was here where I discovered several Clinique and Estée Lauder products. Generally, when I come in, the workers have been very pleasant, offering helpful suggestions, and appearing very thankful for the business. Last week when I visited, I was greeted when I entered which is always a good sign. What followed though was not pleasant. First of all the three ladies working, including the manager, were all talking extremely loud, carrying on with personal conversations that were not appropriate for the business. I grabbed a basket and looked to see what they had to offer. I began to pick out some items to buy. They were running an 8 for $88 sale and while picking out the 8th item (I already had 4 of same item and 3 additional individual items in my basket) one of the workers commented there was a limit of only two of the same item for the deal. She added, the reason for the limit was because reseller’s ruined it for everyone. I pointed out that there was no sign saying there was a limit and I was rudely told the sign isn't up yet because it is on the way. She just abruptly walked away. I quietly put back all the items in my basket and then just bought the one eye cream I came in for. When I paid, the other worker didn’t even say thank you. I’m sorry I even bought that one item. And I’m wondering what happened to that store. I’ll still try the Auburn Hills and the Birch Run stores when I’m in those areas, but Howell has lost my business.
