  Pretty ridiculous to be listed as open from 11-5 on Sunday, but told they're closed at 2:30. I wish I had the luxury of only working 3hrs a day and it being so lucrative that I could take the rest of the day off.

  I stopped in with my dad and figured we both could use a trim/ cut ✂️ Rachel did amazing with my dad ..he shakes from a stroke he had n she was patient n kind with him ❤️ i had jewel .. I was nervous goin there .. I have extremely long hair..and super thick . Gelt very nervous sitting down as I would anywhere else 😬 but jewel did an amazing job 👏 😀 She told what she was doing.. n kept checking to make sure it was still a good length and thickness 🥰😊 cant say enough how happy we were we stopped 🙂

  We are RVing throughout the country and I’ve gone to many many great clips in various states. We were next-door at Walmart when I noticed there was a Great Clips and it was time for me to get a haircut. I certainly didn’t anticipate a sale going on or an argument with staff, but I went in for my haircut and right by the cash register was a big plastic sign that said sale haircuts $9.95. I mentioned to the cashier who was also my Stylist. Oh, you have a sale on haircuts, she said I don’t know. Let me check so she asked another Stylist who is working on a customer and this stylist said rudely no, we don’t have a sale on haircuts that was over the weekend. So I mentioned there’s a sign right here that says sale on haircuts And she began to give me an education on why that sign was outside over the weekend and just not put away I said that’s fine but when it’s here, it’s a little bit misleading so again she proceeded to educate me that Great Clips only advertises it sales outside and not inside and not mention the fact that they were too lazy to put the sign away. Mind you it’s 12:30 in the afternoon so they had time to put away the sign earlier if they had wanted to. So I sat down with my stylist who gave me a very nice haircut while I was getting my haircut the overweight manager who is having a bad hair day, came out from the back and said what is this I hear about misleading advertising so I told her the same thing you have a sign upfront. It says haircuts are on sale and she gave me the same speech, the sign that the sale is only when the sign is outside and I said well how would somebody know that It’s not the price because I always pay the same $18 for my haircut and I don’t mind. It was just the fact that the sale sign was blaring right in my face and they attempted to educate me on how it didn’t matter. I found them to be very rude And condescending, but my stylist did a great job. Back to Florida we go.
