- JWJeremy WilsonFeb 15, 20262.0I dont know what has happened to the staff here, but, not at all the same atmosphere as when they first opened. We were almost turned away 30 min prior to close. I come from a generation of first come first serve, and we were finished right at closing time. Kinda felt like she was trying to leave early, second overall experience with this crew, rude, and seemingly lazy both times. She was like "we close in 30 min", I said "so, youre open?" I also emailed corporate while she was snickering at me with the person already in the chair for being a "karen", im sure. I didnt ask for anything extra, I wanted a haircut for my son during normal business hours. If I wanted to make an appointment, I would've booked a salon. So treat me as if this were a walk in joint that doesn't require an appointment, because that's what it is. No reply from the owner of the franchise.

Staci cut my hair the other day, I definitely recommend her. Noticed she does a good job with mens hairs as well. She's got a great style herself. She gave me a little confidence into cutting my hair a little shorter then im used to.
