Most stylists don't follow direction or care enough to make a cut even. i always notice too late, someone else always points it out. Next time I think I'll spend double the money with a stylist who actually cares about their work. I kept going back because at least everyone is friendly here. So because of the friendlyness it's 3 stars. Otherwise would be lower. Lost customer due to repeat bad haircuts over a span of a few years. That I remember Ciara is the only one who made me leave happy. She's solid at least. 5⭐ for her.
