  I have never left a negative review on any website as I am one that prides myself on accentuating the positive, sadly, what was done to me at this shop was inexcusable. I’ve gone to this location for myself and my girlfriends son on a handful of occasions because of the convenience of location and simplicity of appointment. I’ve learned that some stylists are better than others, sometimes you get a haircut that is decent and walk out satisfied. Other times, not so much. On one particular visit I had to have a second stylist fix the atrocity that the first one performed on my girlfriends son. I’ve found the consistency of this establishment to be questionable. On my most recent visit this past week, I explained quite clearly to my stylist “Angela” what I wanted. She obviously didn’t listen. I sat there while she focused on mouthing the words to some mundane song that was playing rather than concentrating on cutting my hair... I was nothing short of “frocked”. As I sat by trying to tell myself to trust that she listened to what I wanted, she kept cutting shorter and shorter. She cut off six months of growth that I had been working on in changing the way my hair looked in a matter of a minute then asked, “Is this short enough on top?”. I Had already established that I wanted next to nothing cut off the top. I looked in the mirror in dismay at the hack job that she gave me, I helped myself in taking off the apron and moved to the counter to pay. Everything in me told me to storm directly out, but out of decency, without eye contact, I paid for this thing she did to me and even put a $5 tip on the counter because I honestly didn’t know how to feel or what to do. It might sound ridiculous but I’m not sure if I can put into words the disgust I was feeling. I had to drive 40 minutes across town to a real hairstylist to fix what she had done to me. He laughed and didn’t believe that the haircut I walked in with was done that day because it was so botched. He did his best to fix it but I’m essentially stuck looking like a freshly sheared sheep until it grows out. Long story short, I’ll wait in a long line at the local barber shop for my girlfriends son and drive all the way across town, or go without a haircut before I ever go back to this place. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Unfortunately, the quality of convenience absolutely does not match the quality of the product. I’m truly put out by my experience here.
