- PHPam HugginsFeb 20, 20261.0I walked in with pictures of how I wanted my haircut. She looked once and said she didnt need the pics anymore. also told her that my hair was very straight. I asked that she make sure my hair was cut no shorter than 3" and then she proceeded to butcher my hair, using a dull razor that pulled at my hair repeatedly. The cut was nothing like what I requested, uneven on the sides, bangs totally uneven, no blending. Its so short my scalp shows thru in spots and the back colic refuses to lay down because its too short. She then put product in my hair and tried to create volume using a hair dryer on low and a comb. Next was some waxy stuff on the too short places to plaster them down. I will never return.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
