Everytime I go I do not get greeted instead don’t know if it’s because of my skin color but everytime a white skin person comes in they are always so friendly and greet them , when I ask for help they say the are not able to help because they are not able to give advice on products wich doesn’t make sense ! This store is always a bad experience when I go in !

I usually enjoy browsing and making purchases, but I was disappointed by the excessive attention from the male employee who seemed to be constantly shadowing me. His presence made me feel uncomfortable and hindered my shopping experience. Despite my initial intention to buy more items, I refrained due to the unsettling atmosphere created by his constant vigilance. Upon leaving, I noticed him lingering by the register, which further exacerbated my unease. While I appreciate the accommodating demeanor of the female staff at SalonCentric, the overall encounter was marred by this unwelcome surveillance. I am now en route to SalonCentric and Kentwood with the hope of a more pleasant shopping excursion.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
