The barber was courteous and took their time, and I appreciated the overall customer service experience. That said, I was honestly disappointed with the price. The haircut I requested was very simple and straightforward — nothing complicated or time-consuming — yet the cost felt much higher than expected for such a basic service. I also inquired about a veterans discount and was told there wasn’t one available, which was discouraging. I respect that businesses set their own pricing, but for a quick and easy haircut, the value just didn’t match the cost for me. Because of that, I’m not sure I would return. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I do believe in supporting local businesses and would love to see pricing better reflect the simplicity of the service provided.

The attention to detail was incredible, and the vibe was even better. I went from 'neglected mop' to 'ready for my close-up' in an hour. Seriously, if you want to feel like the main character again, book Nikki immediately. 5/5 stars isn't enough.
