I only wanted a press and a trim. And the girl the gave me to had no clue what she was doing. She sprayed my hair with hair spray. And I had to walk her through how she can't cut it curly, and to press it from the root out, how she missed spots and she needed to trim all the splits off, and then I realized she had just graduated. Like her station still had congrats notes all over it. I ended up just going home and redoing the whole thing. Complete waste of time and money..
