Another customer was getting her hair curled, but the now available stylist just stood there for a long time,watching the other stylist curl that customer's hair. I waited about 20 minutes , being ignored. Three people were in the waiting room, completely ignored. So I decided to find another great clips location. The stylist ignoring her customers was a large girl with short hair. That stylist doesn't understand the concept that customers come first.
