Well, repeatingly, my boyfriend & I have called to see if he would be working that day to come in, and the other stylists are SO clearly annoyed with us and they don't hide it. I'm sure many people do the same thing, they call and ask for one particular stylist & maybe the rest of the stylists aren't getting the clients so they're irritated. But don't take that out on us! It's almost like we're such a bother for just asking a simple question. Therefore, we went elsewhere.
- KKKaiOct 5, 20251.0Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with my haircut on Monday. I came to this location to fix a bad haircut, I decided to go shorter with my hair. When the stylist buzzed my hair, I noticed there was a lack of blending between different levels. When I mentioned to her that there was extra weight in the back, mid portion-she told me I was wrong and that I just had a bump on my skin back there. I knew she was incorrect but I did not trust her to fix it or blend the different levels of the buzz well. I needed up going to a different salon to get that fixed. That stylist confirmed the extra weight and lack of blending. That other stylist fixed it well. I was also frustrated that when I asked if the bottom part of the haircut could go shorter? She didn’t check in with me how short she should go and she went several levels shorter to my surprise. The end result was it looking less blended. I thought that I could get a good buzz cut at this location considering its specialities in buzzes but, the stylist working on my hair rushed the process and did not acknowledge the errors I noticed along the way.

The first person to cut my hair was wonderful and did an excellent job, loved my cut. Trying to get in for a second appointment was difficult and when I did the second person completely butchered my hair! I'm still waiting for it to grow back to a length that I can get it corrected. Very confusing because the 1st person put notes in and the second person read them and still completely did the opposite. It is actually unreal how she left my hair with the sides sticking up as well, felt like I let a child cut my hair. I've had horrible time trying to find a decent affordable place to get a simple haircut and I cant. I was hoping this was the place.
