Stylus said she would only charge me for a neck trim since she didn’t even comb my hair on top, but then she charged for a full haircut anyway. Now it’s a week later and I need another haircut. Listened to the stylists talk about her kids upcoming birthday for the entire time and tried to be nice, but this was pretty bad in hindsight. I wish I would have asked for the manager at the moment, now I share here. Won’t be back.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
