However I received a coupon for this location (east Beltline) so I gave them a try on 10/10/25. I asked for my ends to be trimmed/cleaned up. The stylist (I’m drawing blank on her name) started to cut my hair dry which is how previous stylists have always cut it. But shortly after suggested she should cut my hair wet for better results. Trusting that suggestion from a professional was a mistake on my end. I left with a curly style that appeared even. A week later (today) I washed and blow dried my hair for the first time since the trim only to notice it was COMPLETELY UNEVEN. I did not ask for a curly cut. I asked for a simple clean cut trim. Now I will have to go somewhere and get it cut to the shorter sides length to be even. Extremely disappointed.
