- JBJo BloOct 5, 20231.010/05/23 It's very hard for me to get out anymore due to health reasons, so when I make a special trip, and get a ride, solely to go here and show up to a closed business with a sign taped to the door saying 'closed, staffing shortages' it was aggravating to say the least. I checked Google, I also checked the actual Great Clips Forest Hills website, both said OPEN. How hard is it to click a button and switch it from open to closed online, oh wait, it isn't! Same with showing up to work. Obviously lazy kids who could care less run this place. Typical. Hire better people to manage this place who actually have some work ethic, please. 0/10, trash:(

- NSn sJul 7, 20165.0I always get a great haircut here. I laugh when other people can't describe anything about how they want their hair to look like.. If you know your measurements you can always modify it next time and it will become perfect how you want it. Poor ratings are usually from people who are awful at describing anything or too shy to say what they want. I'll let anyone cut my hair, it's never difficult because I don't make the hair people guess what I mean to say.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
