  Good haircut. Fast for a walk-in. Quick work once you are in the chair. Pleasant, competent cutters. Like how they keep a record of how you like your hair to be cut.

  Easy to make an appointment, service provided on time, Angelina listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did a great job. She was very personable.

  My initial impression was one of disappointment. I arrived after checking in online, and Lisa proceeded to ask everyone else in the waiting area if they had checked in online, except me. I had to inform another employee that I was here after she ignored my existence as well. This lack of attention resulted in another gentleman being provided services before me, even though he was further down the online check in list. It was 30 minutes before I actually got into a chair, even though I arrived when the text said 15. No apologies or explanation was offered, but I needed to get my hair cleaned up so I stayed, which was actually mistake. I probably should have cut my losses after I got paired with Lisa, the first stylist that ignored my existence on my arrival. Her attention to detail also extends to hair apparently. I asked for a trim, because my ends were looking a little ragged. I still have a ton of dead ends all over my head I'm pretty confident she didn't even touch my layers. She only trimmed one side of the face framing I have. So all in all I wasted my time and money, and my hair still looks ragged. I know some are thinking "What do you expect from a $20 haircut?" I expect them to do what they're asked and behave with a modicum of professionalism or "Why didn't you say something while there?" because I'm not going to complain to a person taking scissors to my head that's already proven their incompetence. I regularly frequent the Great Clips near my home and they do a phenomenal job. I made the mistake of going to a new location because I was in town for a funeral, bad call on my part. Update: My Review was responded to asking me to contact customer service through their website, which I did. They told me I should be getting a call from the owner, and that never happened. I informed them of the lack of contact and never received another response. What I learned is if you have an issue at this location it's best to not to waste your time informing them of their downfalls.

  I took my son in yesterday. Age 8 but he has autism and hadnt had a hair cut in 5 years. I missed the name. But a blonde lady was so so dang helpful. I couldn't have dreamed for a better stylist to make him feel comfortable. I tipped her well. It was worth every penny
