- BRBob RanvilleMar 31, 20261.0Went to get my haircut on my lunch hour today. Checked in online before my lunch hour which claimed a 15 minute wait. Got there with 2 minute wait left. 50 minutes later I left without getting my haircut. Only 1 of the girls were working while the other 2 were too busy gossiping and cashing in their tips for bigger bills instead of taking care of the customers. The 1 lady that was working was very annoyed with her coworkers and very apologetic to me as well as the other 2 people who walked out when I did. Ill never return to this location.

- JWJane WilliamsMar 22, 20261.0Was desperate and needed a haircut. Went in today and was greeted warmly at first. They don’t honor any of their own coupons. Ok, still need a cut. Went to the station the stylist pointed to (which was the wrong one-no biggie). Instantly got an attitude with me. Showed the stylist a video of what I wanted. Doesn’t say yes or no to whether she can do it or not, just rudely barks out they don’t style (we all know already). Ok, no problem, just there for a cut. Pay as I leave & still left her a very generous tip. 2 minutes after leaving I get a notification from my bank that they charged me some hidden fee of $5.80 more than what my receipt shows. I call and show up and I’m told to take it up with my bank. Rudely points out they only charged me $ amount on receipt, but why is my bank statement showing a higher amount. Hidden fees. Rude staff. Will not be back.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
Do Great Clips salons sell haircare products?
