- VRVelvet RoseJul 24, 20252.0I have had the hardest time trying to schedule an appointment at this location. Every time I call I never get an answer on the phone. Don't pay attention to the operating hours listed on Google or the JCP website. When I stepped inside of the salon, it was closed during time frames where they said it was supposed to be open. If a stylist doesn't have an appointment during the time frame that you stop by, the salon is closed because there is no receptionist there at the front desk. It's very disheartening to have to go through all of this just to schedule a hair appointment. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to a salon that actually has somebody that can answer the phones and properly schedule the appointments for customers. Also, The online appointment option doesn't list all of the stylist that work there.
