I was afraid of my children getting injured from the way they were cutting their hair. Zero skills in cutting and customer service - this place should be shut down it’s so bad. The staff have zero patience and no real hair cutting skills. I dont ever leave reviews but this felt necessarily - avoid at all means possible!

I got my hair trimmed and a low face frame on Black Friday morning and she did not wet it part it NOTHING I even told her that wasn’t my natural part she cut my hair and when she was done she told me however I part it- it will be even. I was just super nervous looking at it just due to the lack of time she spent styling it however I thought mabe I just needed to wash it and it would look better dry- I get out of the shower and it was EXTREMELY uneven. I went back up there to explain my concerns and she was not understanding whatsoever she was not rude per say nor or less extremely defensive saying “I parted my hair differently “ and she can touch it up… she did not seem like she cared AT ALL and I have NEVER asked for a refund on a hair trim and frame but when I asked she said THEY DO NO REFUNDS and I would NOT let that lady touch my hair again I don’t care how long I’ve been going there!

It looks like a 3 year old got ahold of some scissors. I’m 63 years old and am so embarrassed. I even gave her a $10 tip. She said it’s just fluffy & needs to be trained into bangs. How do you train hair that is one inch shorter on one side! I’m so embarrassed
