It wasn't a confusion on the wait time, It was your employee took her friend before me adding 28 minutes to my wait time. I was literally next after a long wait. When you go from a zero minute wait to a 28 minute wait, anyone would get mad. Don't try to make it look like I'm mad at a long wait with only one stylist working, not the issue, the issue is having your employee taking her friend over the person that was actually next.
I checked in this morning and I was second in line. It was a 30 minute wait. I sat in my car and when it got to me being next it was 15 minute wait and the text said come in and tell them you are here. I entered and the lady cutting hair asked me if I had checked in online and I said yes. I told her I was number one on the list. She said it should only be a few minutes. She was carrying on a conversation with the other person waiting, not the person she was cutting. The owner came in and he was checking things out. The lady cutting hair finished the guy and then called her friend up and I dropped back to a 28 minute wait. I told the owner I was not wanting another 28 minutes and he was confused. I had already waited my time and she took her friend over me. I was 1 in line she was number 2. There are literally hundreds of places to get hair cut in Genesee County, make a wise decision when choosing, you don't need to go here. I'm done and I've been going here since they opened years ago.

Horrible experience yesterday with my son. Went in and told them exactly what my son wanted and that his hair needed to be scissor cut and not with clippers. Asked for the underneath of back and sides to be trimmed and nothing off the length and she went in with clippers and cut off at least 3-4 inches with the clippers. Will never go back there as my son was devastated and this wasn't the first time but the worst and last time

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
