Spent a total of 12 minutes on my hair altogether. I typically tip well but couldn’t bring myself to because of low of a service this was. The price is honestly too high for a how long they spend on your hair.

Key Bank cards nationwide are currently down and I found out the hard way when I attempted to pay for my son's haircut. The way she treated me was humiliating and none of my friends, family members or myself will be back there with that rude horrible red head hair cutter still employed. It was awful to be treated like a criminal or someone attempting to scam a business. Instead of trying to help me, she was just very snide and rude and treated me terribly. AWFUL experience. I can say that the Manager Dawn, was very kind and understanding. Unfortunately she was not in the shop today, but did speak to me over the phone.
