  My daughter came in to get her hair cut . She was already super nervous about this because she has had bad experiences before at salons so she was leary to get it cut . She was very particular as to what she wanted and even brought in pics. The woman cut her hair totally wrong . She wanted layers and got no layers and the woman cut it way too short even after we told her we just wanted a trim . My daughter was not happy at all. It was nothing like what she wanted. Our experience was horrible. I do not recommend coming to this place at all.

  I feel my hair stylist could have done better and she could have spent a bit more time on my hair.. I asked for long layers, didn't get them.. I said cut my dead ends off, she did.. and a face frame starting mid face and I showed a picture, she attempted but failed..I dont feel she cut my hair all that great, she didn't even cut the ends like most hair stylist do to even it out.. like my ends are blunt, I definitely did not want that.. she purposely left my hair wet and never used a blow dryer.. my son behind me hair stylist did on him.. and mine didn't. My stylist seem to concerned with the men in the lobby rather then spending the time with me her current customer. Ladies dont bother going here, you will not be treated kindly, at least I wasnt.. and you will not walk out with a decent cut.. Great clips is a place that rather service men over women when it comes to cuts.. if I had paid for the 75 dollar style then I would have been treated like a person rather than sub human.

  I was shown to be on the top of the list on the app. When I entered the store there were 2 gentlemen and the one hairstylist asked if I checked in online and I stated I did. She said it will be a few minutes. The app stated it would be 22 minutes. And the other stylist was in the back with another client washing hair. So no one was even near done and no one called me before I walked out. I know that the app showed no one but me on the list until I walked into the store. And the one gentlemen was just hanging up his coat to back with the stylist and the other was sitting in the chair. So we can blame the app or blame the customer. The fact is there is no point using the app if it is not there to make it more convenient for the customer. Also, no one was almost done, the one stylist just took the gentlemen who hung his coat and the other stylist was in the back with a client washing hair not an almost done situation. So I seen the 22 minutes of wait and there was a gentlemen also in the waiting area. So no not going to sit around i had things to do so I left. The convenience of the app was so I could check-in and get there to get in and not have a 22 minute wait. There was 0 minutes wait until I entered the store. So either your stylists failed to log customers so I would have seen the wait or your app is worthless. But either way I will not be back at this point especially when I got indirectly accused of making up my story. So you may want to get more facts. I have no benefit of making things up.
