It’s not something I think of often but from the friendly and warm welcome by Ashley to the jokes and fun stories from Lisa it was just a great experience all the way. Took the time during the cut the even give updates to make sure my hair was the way I wanted it. Even learned better ways to explain how to cut my hair the way I wanted. I’m not one for reviews but like I said this service was just that good and I’m glad I just so happen to end up choosing this place to get my cut today and I’ll definitely be coming going back again.

I was a little nervous, but was immediately greeted by their assistant manager Emily with such a warm welcome that My nerves melted away instantly. After a short wait in the waiting room, I was taking back by Ashley and given one of the most amazing haircuts of my life. This new staff is not only welcoming, but they are amazingly talented. The manager even offered if I would like a beverage or to have my coat hung up. This kind of hospitality is not seen or appreciated that much anymore. I just want you ladies and gentlemen to know if you’re looking for a great cut, a comfortable environment, and a warm welcome This is your place.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
