I asked for a 1/4inch off and she started to cut about an inch off so I had to stop her and basically not finish the haircut (somehow it still took this long). She also talked about how she was basically blind and needed her glasses (which she wasn’t wearing). I’m very disappointed in my haircut and will be going elsewhere today to get it fixed. Also she was just putting product in my hair mid haircut that I didn’t ask for that left my hair feeling gross. All around a very bad experience and I look like an idiot now lol. I don’t ever say anything mid haircut but I quite literally had too, she was very nice and I feel bad writing this but it was that bad.
