- BSBrittany SlevatzJan 16, 20261.0I brought my son in to get a haircut today. He asked for a taper fade and only an inch off the top. He comes outside about in tears because his haircut was so bad. She cut most of his hair off and it was all choppy. I went back in to tell her he wasn't happy with his cut and she proceeded to argue that that's what he wanted that they went over it 3 times. Then said his hair shrunk up and a taper fade wouldn't work in his hair. If it wouldnt work in his hair or she didn't know how to do it then why not voice that? As this is her profession. I know for a fact that's not what he asked for because he always has his hair longer on top. I forced him to go back in so she could fix it which he didn't want to but it was really bad. She had a grouchy face while fix it and pressed pretty hard with the clippers to where the back of my son's head is red and splotchy and hurts.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
