She was older, Grumpy and seemed Annoyed that people care about getting their hair trimmed or cut, I have to wear a hat now at home til it grows out some, I can't stand to look at the disaster she did, it's horrible ! She didn't want to listen when I mentioned how it was cut previously there, she went by the stupid printout that no one seems to know how to read or write out to follow. Save your time and money and go somewhere where a regular stylist actually cares !!! And don't tell me to call Customer Service!!!!
