- LYLeah Yousif1 day ago1.0Came in yesterday and was trying to find a concealer match I swatched a few shades on my hand and just wanted to get a second opinion every other employee looked busy so I went up to 2 employees that didn’t look busy they were just talking to each other when I approached them they clearly know I’m standing there they just continue talking and it took some time for them to acknowledge I was even there I asked for help they looked at each other and gave me weird looks neither helped all they said was the shades are off like okay .. that’s why I’m asking for help to try to get a match basically told me none of the shades worked instead of helping me try to find other shades other brands I had to exsuce myself and say okay I’ll look for other brands the whole interaction was so weird and made me feel so uncomfortable so rude for no reason.

She had the nastiest attitude and obviously hates her job. I came in with my sister and she did not want to help either of us look for products when we asked. She just walked away like we weren't there. Saw her again when we went to checkout and she just gave us dirty looks? Not sure what her problem was but I'll just be ordering online now.
